MS Dhoni Early life
On 7 July 1981 Dhoni was born in Ranchi, Jharkhand to Pan Singh and Devaki Devi. He has a elder brother Narendra Singh Dhoni and a sister Jayanti. Initially his family had a place with Almora region of Uttarakhand. He had learned at the DAV Jawahar Vidya Mandir School in Ranchi, Jharkhand. At first, amid his school days, he used to play badminton and football and in reality was the goalkeeper of his football crew. Once, he was sent by his football mentor to play cricket for a nearby cricket club. It was in this match he awed everybody with his wicket-keeping aptitudes which brought about getting him a normal post of the wicketkeeper at the Commando Cricket Club. From 2001 to 2003, he functioned as a Train Ticket Examiner (TTE) at the Kharagpur Railway Station under South Eastern Railway in Midnapore.
